Though room has kitchen, no utensils provided. Except for a soap bar and towels no the other bath room amenities provided (like shampoo, lotion etc.,). Must ask front desk for shampoo.

We paid the advertised rate for 2 queen beds. However, they provided us with 2 double beds. The common area could be a little cleaner. The property looks a bit tired. The building could use some new paint. The grass area could be better maintained.

I checked in at 9pm, I was asked to drive around the main office (drove around 3 buildings) to get to my room. When I get there, I find that the parking lot was dark (no lighting). I rush to get myself in the room only to find that the key (magnetic) was not working. I decided to walk back to the office, this was not a good idea, after walking for sometime, I decided to call the main office to request another key. The lady in the front office bright another key. No room amenities like soap or coffee. Not even a n ice machine in the property. When we inquired about ice machine we were told that’s why there were ice trays in the refrigerator.

Breakfast was just a cake and coffee!! Furnitures in the room was very cheap .I couldnt use the chairs. I am 75 and I stayed over a week here. Due to an accident I had on street , I injured my leg and head so I had to extended my stay for 1 more night in this place through Expedia. I called the receiption and let her know that I extended my stay through Expedia. She said you need to go downstairs for this. We were assigned a room near freeway 101 without a sound barrier wall. Too loud that we couldn’t sleep well.
