Disappointed I always stay in extended america in the past. This is the first time I got disappointed. People weren't nice and they check us in late.

It was horrible. I asked for a nonsmoking room but they gave me a smoking room. Air conditioner did not work and the telephone in the room did not work also. There was no hair dryer in the room so we had to go to the front desk to ask for it.

Disappointed This is not your typical hotel for business and leisure travelers. This facility is geared toward long term stays for homeless individuals and single moms waiting for proper housing. I also noticed a lot of contract laborers in the facility.

Thieves. Booked our room three weeks in advance. Room was payed for and reservation confirmation number was received. Showed up to check in to our room the day of the event we were attending to find out that they had given our room to somebody else and that there were no more rooms available, leaving us with nowhere to stay at 10:00pm on the weekend NHRA is in town. Ridiculous.

Disappointing stay at Extended Stay America We've booked 2 nights but checked out after staying one night. We requested 2 rooms together instead got 2 rooms far apart in the same floor. One room was ok but the otherone was not cleaned. We beds were dirty and washroom floor was sticky. I do not recommend this place.

Never again at this hotel.... I would not stay here again...beware of this hotel there are kitchens with no coffee pots cups or supplies you have to check them out at the counter. That is if you had a working phone which we did not. No conditioner or blow dryer you can check a blow dryer out at the front counter. No breakfast not even fruit or muffins like they tell you because their order never arrived. the carpet was VERY dirty, and the chairs had stains all over them...told the front desk after our first night of 2 and nothing was different after cleaning the 2nd day

Terrible Arrive at 4pm (check in was at 3pm) room wasn't ready. Waited 30 minutes for room. Staff disorganized. Room smelled like urine. Terrible.

Not a good wxperience It seemed like the place was functioning on its last effort. Other than the pleasant front desk lady, our experience was bad. Bed not comfortable. Only 3 pillows and asked for an extra but never got it. No restroom in the lobby upon our arrival. Room was ok but motel 6 is more comfortable.
