Horrible service. Very rude manager. Arrive and paid for room and then was told no rooms were available. The manager did not even help correct the situation. He just told me to call Expedia.

Need to double confirm for your booking It looks great on the picture but it does not really have it in the room until you go down to lobby to ask. The worse thing is I booked for two bed room and when I checked in they only give me one bed and told me all sold out. I should get refund for this visit.

Misleading This hotel was beyond misleading. The room itself was clean but the amenities were terrible. The kitchen had no dishes or utensils, or even a coffee maker-nothing at all! We stayed there for 3 days and were told our room won't be cleaned or at least the towels picked up because we're not there for 7 days. Had to go to the front desk to ask for a hair dryer because there wasn't one in the room. The breakfast mentioned online when I booked said nothing about it being just a granola bar. One And Done... The Front Desk staff was very friendly, but things went downhill from there. I will not be staying here again. I chose this Hotel for its close proximity to the Showare Center in Kent, WA. I was in town to attend an event. Dirty hotel The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. The room smelled bad. Definitely a no frills no thrills hotel. The front office staff person was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing.
Will not return... Well I decided to stay at this location after reading some pretty mixed reviews on this property. There are quite a few things that I was not to impressed by.
