Staff not willing to help they dont care!!!! I call front desk to request dishes they suppose to bring them to room as you requested. Front desk told me : I can not do it,i am the only one in the hotel you need to came and get it for your self!!!!!!!!! After 1 hr they bring not exactly what i need
All well until I discovered: NO HOT WATER???!!! All was well at first. I generally like Extended Stay America's for room size and comfort. I checked in at 11:30 pm and was settling into my room and decided to take a shower. I discovered that there was no hot water. Hotel was so dirty This hotel was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have every stayed at. Besides the whole place being filthy the boiler was out so we had no hot water which I get it things happen but I don't get how the hotel can be that gross and dirty when each guest is paying a minimum of $100 each day. My room was as if it wasn't even cleaned, our head board and the chair in there had the grossest stuff all over them I'm not even sure what exactly it was. Didnt have the room I reserved Didn't have the room I reserved. So got down graded. What's the point of reserving a room if there not going to hold it for you. And breakfast was coffee and a basket of muffins. Pretty weak. Plus there was no luggage carts to be found when we checked in or upon check out.
Found a bed bug on me in the middle of the night Found a bed bug on me in the middle of the night (1AM on Christmas Morning) Packed the family up went to another hotel. Asked Expedia to arrange refund - they claimed they could only give partial refund, as the hotel would not refund for the night we stayed in their bug infested beds (Which abruptly left at 1AM on Christmas Morning)
The staff there is extremely disrespectful. Just because me and my boyfriend are young, he did what he could to make it so we couldnt stay. No Bueno. My room condition was terrible. There was an unflushed "bm" and toilet paper in the toilet, drool stains on the pillow, and the sheets Had blue smears all over like a pen had opened up in the laundry. Did I mention the smell? I didn't even stay the night for fear of cooties. The only positive was the front desk attendant "Tori" she was really helpful and kind, she offered to switch my room but I just couldn't stay there.
