This was an overall mediocre experience. When I arrived, the front lobby staff was a little rough and not extremely friendly. The check-in went smooth and I arrived at the room. At first glance it was okay. Once inside with all the lights on, the carpet had multiple big stains and made me feel like I needed to leave my shoes on. The side chair had some unidentified white spots all over the back and seat of the chair (gross). The bathroom was very small, but clean and the kitchen area was clean as well. Disgusting hotel and not good location for Aiport! The hotel said it was by the airport and it is not! It's a 15-20 minute ride to Sea Tac I got a smoking room that smelled horrible- room wasn't very clean neither was the bathroom I will not stay here again

Not comfortable for a family stop-over We wanted an inexpensive place close to the airport for a quick rest after flying. Having had a good experiences in other extended stay style hotels, we had high hopes. This place was a big disappointment. The carpets were very grimy, the kitchenette had nothing to use, there was no coffee maker... this hotel had the fewest amenities I'd ever experienced. Good It was nice is that the bed had a stain on it and the bathroom.had no.fan botten on it

Good for last minute choice Continental breakfast was less than desirable. Room was clean but wish we could have had a non-smoking one. Couldn't find the place initially as there's only a sign on one side. Overall, it fit the bill for the amount of time we had to stay.

Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere The lead receptionist/manager is very nice with great customer service skills. With that being said, she is obviously overwhelmed. Many of my complaints could be resolved by just having 1 more person and proactive preparation. For example, I asked for quarters for the laundry with another person behind me waiting. She told me that she didn't get her cashier till ready yet. Instead of just giving me the quarters I needed, she made me wait for about 5-8mins as she was putting all the cash in... read more

The staff had attitude everyday. The complimentary breakfast half the time wasn't there.

Freeway Close!! Hotel is located next to freeway onramp. Cover missing from electrical receptacle and safety lock (bar) missing from door. Addrss took me to front (Eastside) of hotel where there is no entrance and I ended up on freeway. Go to back (Westside) to find entrance.

No frills hotel, but clean and conveniently located. It would be nice if even the extended stay type hotels offered some fitness facility.
