Room smelled strange, able to hear other occupants and doors opening and closing, no remote for TV, no cups for water, elevators did not work.

lacking The website said there was breakfast but all they had was oatmeal and apples. It also said coffee all day but it was put away at 9:30. When we checked in, the room they assigned us was in the middle of a deep clean and after waiting in the hallway for 15 minutes they gave us a different room. The kitchen didn't have any dishes or glasses and the room did not have a coffee pot. On a final note one of the ladies at the front desk was very rude to our children.

IS NOT SAME LIKE OTHERS EXTENDED STAY HOTELS They advertise that they provide full kitchen ,but when you come to hotel surprise empty cabinets and droves ,and if you need it something you have to keep calling front desk to deliver to you...unlike others extended stay hotels where is all inside the room so you don't need keep calling if you need fork ,spoon, etc... I usually goes to hotels that are smoke free this one smell bad of smoking anywhere you walk inside hotel

Extend Your Stay Elsewhere in America The area is seedy, and the people are of lower economical status, thus resulting in numerous illegal behaviors. The hotel does not have video surveillance, except at the front desk. I had my iPhone 5c stolen right out of my suite, and laundry stolen straight from the guest laundry facility. In addition, my boyfriend's entire golf club set was stolen out of his suite. Hotel management was and remains unwilling to acknowledge incidents, and/or remedy the situation for either if us. 施設＆スタッフ対応 １．無料コンチネンタルブレックファースト、期待はしていなかったが、コーヒーやティーバックに、カップケーキ類を置いてあるだけ。サイドホットメニューが１品くらい欲しい。結果、飲み物だけ利用、後はスーパーで買った物を室内調理。 ２．キッチン設備が有るのに、調理器具＆食器をわざわざリクエストしなければならないのは面倒。せめて基本の器具は部屋に有るべき。 ３．チェックインは問題なく、日本でのプリペイドも確認終了。しかし、チェックアウト／早朝５：００（早朝フライトの為）時に、支払バランスがあるから精算しろと言われた。それもＵＳＤ２００以上。よくよく会話すると、プリペイドが今確認できないから、一旦払え！７：００以降にエクスペディアと確認し、問題なければ返金するとの事。頭にきて早朝から英語で言い合い。結果たまたま宿泊予約証があり、提示しコピーを取らせ、ホテルの言うバランス精算はせず離れた。極めて不愉快。 もう利用しない

Good for nothing hotel First of all the room we got was next to the elevator.all throughout the night can hear the elevator going up and down. Trash from the previous guest was in the room when we checked in. We asked whether the hotel has any business center they said no.any printing facility as we had to print some documents we were told no. ample parking, clean but inconvenient and noisy We booked a room with a full kitchen so that we could prepare our own meals. The hotel requires you to ask for utensils and cooking implements. The room should have these items already in it when you get there. I don't want to go to the front desk at 11pm to ask for a glass. Also no hairdryers in the room unless you ask.
