This is a hotel!? We thought by the name and the web site pictures of this place it would be a good choice to stay for 5 days. Boy were we wrong! There is no maid service, no amenities of any kind and as bare bones a hotel as I have ever seen. We prepaid for the week and checked out after the 1st night, forfeiting our money because it was that bad.

Terrible experience I have bugs on the wall and my key kept deactivating so i had to go to front desk every time i come to the door. I had to pick up my own towels and i also had to drop my old ones to the front desk. There were markings on the towels that i used. I would recommend you bring your own towels. The room i had was pretty big but the service was terrible

It's ok stay overnight. Shouldn't say breakfast included cause it's really nothing there other than coffee and not even have milk. Plus no sitting area.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. I got a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette really bad. Toilet seat looked disgusting.... Don't recomend this hotel to anyone...

Worst hotel Photos of hotel tell lie No working stove, not cooking utensils, very limited cook ware Bad bed lumpy Refused the request for extra pillows Very poor customer service - totally disinterested - indifferent to your needs

Yuck Waste of money and time. The floor in our room was damp. We were provided with 1 fork, 1 washcloth and there are no services. If you need something, if they have it, you are welcome to go get it. We asked for a second fork and were told the hotel was full, so they couldn't get another one from another room. We checked out and cancelled the rest of our stay.

Low Cost Alternative Room was noisy due to location near i5, no shampoo in room and the fixtures and carpet are dated. Low cost alternative to the very expensive brand name hotels. No hotel staff at front counter in the morning both days.

rude staff Very disappointed. I asked the girl at the reception desk to bring us more pillow. She said she can't cause she is busy. There was no customers at the front desk. Very rude. I don't know how you hire incompetent staff

Not what we expected I chose Extended Stay because of the kitchen, which was advertised as fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We planned to stay for four days. This turned out to be one dish, two bowls, one butter knife, one fork, and one soup spoon. No pots or pans. Not exactly useful. We also discovered that there is NO cleaning service during a stay of less than one week, although guests can ask for extra linens at the desk.
