no frills Was there for 6 nights and did not get any maid service during that time. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk and trash had to be emptied at end of hallway. Did not have room requested when checking in so inorder to get bed typye I had to take a smoking room. So all my clothing smells like smoke. Definately a self service hotel, no frills. Would not stay there again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. We choose the hotel because it was close to a home we were renting and needed a hotel that accepted pets. The room was not clean, the mattress was very uncomfortable, well worn, sagging and tattered. The couch was so soiled we covered it with our bath towels. The hallways reeked of Pot smokers, and guests were walking the halls until the wee hours of the morning. I would never stay in an extended stay hotel again.

Well below a 3 star experience for sure. Location catered to families in distress...not families/couples on vacation.

Not clean I did a réservation for 6 weeks but I don't even stay one night... The hôtel smells the cigarette and I didn't feel confortable at all in it. But the staff was nice...

never felt welcome at any of the extended stay family of hotels in the northern part of Atlanta And this is something that comes from the area management A Jamaican woman is in charge and she has not once of the 3 or 4 times in the 8 yrs ever felt with an issue as a professional in the hospitality industry. Would not recommend

The front desk attendants were not rude, just not very welcoming. My daughter and I were are still trying to find the "deluxe" in that location. Great location and convenient to everything we wanted during our trip to Atlanta. However, where is the "deluxe" in this location. The rooms we had needed a better cleaning than they were given. The next morning we had an ant problem in the kitchen area, which was a surprise since we had no food items. Weekend breakfast consisted of coffee. never again. this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed, pool not open, no shampoo, toothpaste as they sell it in a vending machine! small clostrophobic room, air only worked part time, never again, I will sleep in my car first.
