Not a place I would stay again Due to this being an extended stay place and the rooms having kitchens, the room smelled horrible. But... I was nice to have a microwave and make a late night dinner. Additionally, the staff was very standoffish and unwelcoming. I usually have great things to say about hotels but this one just rubbed me the wrong way.

Not recommended The room I was in had a thermostat seemed to be able to control room temperature so I set it to the right temp before going to sleep. In the middle of night, I was awaken by the coldness of the room. They do have an AC in the room but was short-circuited intentionally. So do check out the AC when you get a room.

Bugs in the room, room smelled We arrived to the extended stay deluxe late at night. We are not really sure what is deluxe about this hotel, the service? The rooms? I don't think so! We specifically asked for a non smoking room and received a room that smelled anywhere between funny and not funny at all. When we requested to move to another room, the unwelcoming night receptionist told us that was the last room in the hotel, which was later discovered as not true. Train track behind the hotel Situated behind the hotel is a train track with triains moving all night. Be prepared for a noisy night. In addition the front desk staff was indifferent and the Extended Stay "Deluxe" had the smallest suite I had ever stayed in. Even the Internet was extra.

WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!!! My room was very dirty. I had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies. The bathroom did not have any towles. There was hair all over the bathroom and well as the bed. The floor was not vacuum, you can actually see the trash particles on the floor. I called to verify the information online about distance and location of Amtrak and malls; the front desk was no help. I was told they were 5 miles out from Amtrak and I was 12.5 miles away. Bad Surprise this time with this hotel! I use to stay at this hotel 2 o 3 times a year for 5 or 6 days each time and all the times I've stayed I have been very satisfied with it. This time I took my family for a 3 day vacation to Atlanta and stayed at the same hotel as always. But this time the hotel was very deteriorated. The room was not clean at all, the carpet felt like it was all dirty. The room and bed sheets had a smell to a mix of Tobacco and Cologne. Very dated and very average Only stayed one night and while its in a great part of town, the hotel is old, not maintained and very dated. Will not be staying there again.

Extended Stay-Lenox Not at all what they advertise on the site!
