The staff was not helpful at check in. The staff was not even there in the morning. The restroom in the lobby area was not working. There is no breakfast or coffee as stated on the website, not even coffee making service in the rooms. One of the rooms in our party had no water in the shower. The rooms were not very clean. I would not stay there again.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Waited 20 minutes when arrived, nobody was at the desk, to begin checking in. The room was extremely humid and had a bad smell to it.

Room needs renovation. It is very outdated and stains everywhere. It was very uncomfortable. I booked for a week but checked out the first night. Staff were very professional and tried to be accommodating.

Horrible! It was absolutely horrible!! I first called wailer that day to let them know that i would be arriving late they told me no problem. Then once i arrived i called the line they had which gave me the run around. called another number they had posted only for the lady to tell me to call the other number back and if they don’t answer then she will come instead of her just coming on down to help. the first room was absolutely nasty and multiple things were broke, so requested another room. ...never stay here again; cuz, roaches... heck no... this is the worst. I was unable to get any assistance from GM Abu Tal? Or ? Sunzi... Front desk who said that the GM would contact me but has not. I should upload my pics, but that's too disgusting. Another review stated an issue with roaches. Reviews are important.

When we arrived to the hotel, it should have been in a nicer area. There were homeless around the parking lot. There were cars filled with trash out front. The office manager was friendly. Once we got to our room, we found the bed broken. There was hair and dirt on the floors. The room smelled from others cooking nearby along with the stench of weed. The couch had cigarette burns. The property used to be well run and maintained, but now it's standard of management is extremely poor, discorteous, very arrogannt, with abysmally poor customer service!
