Bad business! I was unable to stay at the Extended Stay - Buckhead. I booked more than 2 months prior, but when I arrived, I was informed that there werent any rooms available. The front desk clerk said they were negative 4 rooms for the evening. They still had the audacity to charge me even though they screwed up!

Stayed New Yeara Eve Check in was ok. We were on the second floor and every time we headed up the stairs there was strong pot smell. Our toilet seat was not cleaned and the toilet didn’t flush. The room itself was in good shape other than the carpet. Nice shower. Room size was large. Definitely not worth the money but it was New Years Eve so I’m sure it was inflated.

Good location. Room has cigarette burns on sinks bathtub. Crumbs were on floor and chair at table had drops of maybe grease or something. Entrance to hotel needs painting. Crumbs under microwave. Time for updates

Hotel smelled awful, sheets and towels were dirty. No shortage of hair to be found through the room. Gross

Lacking a lot Booking was for a room with a king bed and a double sofa bed. However, on checkin was given a room with only a queen bed. Staff claimed that was the only room available and tried to pin the blame on Hotels.com. No pillows available for the sofa bed. Needless, stay was very uncomfortable. No hot breakfast, either free or for purchase. No ice machine on site. Requesting a partial refund.
