The room smelled musty and like smoke. The bathroom door was broken & toilet seat broken. I could not find an ice machine on the property. I asked the employee and was told it was only his 2nd day.

not so good in room Air conditioner was in different we did not get enough air condition for sleep, No coffee pot in room or in lobby in the morning Even though i paid to hotels.com hotel staff asked me to pay again

I didn’t like when I went to front desk for batteries for remote, the worker gave me used batteries. Only one elevator for the entire hotel.
