The bathroom toilet clogged the first day we checked in and no one would fix it and they locked the bathrooms in the lobby and wouldn’t allow us to use during our stay so we had to keep going across the street to Starbucks just to use the restroom, we didn’t even receive a “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” horrible service

Don’t do it if you can afford anything else! Very run down and does not feel like a safe area to have your car. The hotel smells of smoke and it’s located near a busy/ loud intersection. We were given keys and got up to the room and it wasn’t ready yet. One of the lights didn’t work and while we let someone know it was never fixed. The kitchen isn’t usable since it didn’t have any cups, plates, etc. It was so disappointing we switched hotels after two nights.

So at first arrival I was already caught off guard from the price I was quoted from Expedia versus what was rung up at checked out. After it was broken down to me the taxes made the difference to what I was quoted at $177 to over $220 dollars in person.
