Bugs and stinky The elevator was down, okay I can handle that. Got in room very late, with in 3 minutes of being there a huge cockroach almost falls on me, hit the floor so hard it was so big. So I look up and there was something coming through the light in the light cover with more roaches crawling around. My kids was like there are crumbs on this bed from the previous guests, sure enough crumbs all over the sheets. So at this point I take my stuff back down and put in my car so I don’t get roaches. The only good things about this property was its proximity to the Metro, my family members house, and the desk clerks were very nice. But overall the property was in poor condition. The hallways reeked of stall food and cigarette smoke. My room, non-smoking, also reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was clean but the tub surround was cracked and broken. Elevator was broke during our stay and it was $369. For 2 night on expidia. We walked up to 2nd floor and there was no toilet seat in our room so we had to be moved to 4th floor w no elevator.....5 of us and a 2yr old. No amenties in the room except towels and we had a efficiency with a kitchen?? Dishes,coffee pot, pans,silverware EVERYTHING had to be requested, all that was there was a bar of hand soap and a very small shampoo and towels. Elevator was out of service. I wait 25 minutes to check in the guy at the front desk had to check 3 different rooms to see if they were clean. I took a shower and left I didn’t stay

Just because it says “Buckhead” Property is always dirty. MARTA directly behind hotel. Trash doesn’t get taken out over the weekend due to maintenance not working? Shameful. No true suites, just larger rooms. TV’s do not work properly; wrong channels, no channel guide, channels unclear. Towels and wash clothes are dingy. I was a regular not after last stay.

In the room we found a live roach. Also, there was water coming from under the tile as if there was a busted pipe. There was a fishy oder when you walked past the lobby area and down the hallway!

This hotel was so bad to me that I did not even sleep here! The elevator was broken, but the staff did not tell me this until AFTER he took my payment, returned my credit card and said, "I have bad news: the elevator is broken and your room is on the top floor."
