Stinky room but good manager. Our room had a terrible odor like old fish. We told the manager on duty and she resolved the issue by giving us a different room. She was very nice about it and we appreciated it.

The room was not clean. The bathtub had soap and other scum. I think I may have picked up bedbugs here. If you stay here, be sure to thoroughly clean all your stuff as soon as you get home. Do not leave your luggage close to your bed at home because luggage can carry bed bugs.

I arrived a few minutes before midnight, the cutoff for check-in. The agent at the counter explained to me that he needed to check my room to see if it was clean. Apparently, they were short-staffed on maids. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed small bits of debris on the floor. But, what really disgusted me the most was the pile of dust I noticed in the corner where the lamp was located. Horrible hotel This place is horrible and ghetto. Literally within moments of walking into our room, a security guard began yelling loudly in the hall and banging on doors asking who was smoking marijuana. Turns out, it was our neighbors across the hall. So they got (again, loudly) booted. While they were packing, one of them kept knocking on our door and standing outside our door. It was filthy. The staff was not about any kind of customer service. No cream for coffee. The doors were open all night and no one at desk but in the office. Anyone could come in and no one there to see them. The shower curtain did not even fit the shower and water was all over the floor no matter what you did.

Not again The website is greatly embellished. The breakfast is coffee- bad coffee. The premium channels are 15 channels that barely come in and mostly political. The stocked kitchenette didn’t have one single utensil, cup etc. Completely bare.

Probably Wouldn’t Stay Here Again You get what you pay for. When we came to check-in, we waited for more than 5 min for someone to come behind the front desk, as we waited the lobby filled up with 5 additional guests. When we did finally get help, the staff member was nice and got us checked in quickly. The room was small, and was supposed to have a queen bed, but it was definitely a full bed.
