Rooms are small kitchen with no utensil or dishes tub knobs were broken room had no carpet sheets were denji Tv channels were fuzzy and hotel clerk told me its not they job to bring towels to the room and refrigerator freezer had mold in it this was thee worst stay ever and i was put in the wrong room

Awful Turned us away after we had already made a reservation, did not tell me I could not make a reservation at said time and let me do it, and I have not gotten a refund.

This property doesnt tell u that u have to pay a extra 100 deposit upon check in. So i was left scrambling for a room

Be careful before selecting this hotel chain Is this hotel chain facing the same future as Blockbuster Video? Basically, lack of considerations for the guest needs, lack of basic services will take this chain of 331 hotels down. It starts with inside AC unit that is just recirculating the same air, old and noisy refrigerators, only five plastic hangers, no spoons, forks, no mugs, not even two glasses to drink the tap water.. to get that you need to go down to the reception, stand in line (like a jail). The pool was shut down by the health dept. The trash cans were completely full in our room. Another guest found soiled mens underwear in their room. The breakfast is "grab and go", which means prepackaged muffins or granola bars. The list goes on and on... This property is poorly managed and unclean.

Cleanliness and Organization Issues Although the staff was friendly, there was an overall sense of disorganization. I was called and asked why my things were still in the room when I had not checked out yet, and it took over a week to get new sheets and towels. The towels and linens had stains on them and the general areas were not maintained and dirty.

When I arrived the customer service said he wasn’t sure if my room (which I paid for in advance) was available and that I needed to contact Expedia in regards to a refund . 20 minutes later he finally found available room . Which smelled extremely weird and looked as though it had been half cleaned. Overall terrible experience .

Dangerous Please,for your safety and your family safety stay away from this horrifying hotel...We call the police two time...somebody from the hotel try to open our door two time,it feel like a terror movie...we feel unsafe the police have to help us to get out of this DIRTY and DANGEROUS low quality hotel...”it was dirty in all aspects”...Run and do not look back.
