They gave our paid-for rooms away!!! Booked 2 rooms for a business trip. Arrived after several long flights at 1am to find the hotel had given our rooms away! Rooms we’d paid for! Luckily the kind gentleman at the front was able to give us 1 room, but it was very unprofessional for mixed company to have to bunk up like some college trip. The room was filthy, all the sheets and towels were stained, and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. Will be avoiding this entire chain from now on.

Location was good for us. No room service, just after 7 days!!!! Breakfast Is a joke ! No amenities. Extremely noise!

Very disappointed The room was dirty fridge was horrible tub had mold in it it was just horrible I had to clean all night they had already moved me once but it just got worse management was terrible no help at all never again will I ever stay there or recommended to anyone else the drawers were taped up

지저분하고 시끄러운 호텔 매일 방청소를 해주지 않는 호텔입니다. 5일 묶는 동안 1번 무료 방청소가 있어서 위생에 문제가 있습니다. 철길 바로 옆에 호텔이 있어서 24시간 열차 지나가는 소리가 크게 들립니다. 절대 권하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.
