The bed was not clean. There was some stuff on the walls couldn’t make out what it was exactly but it looked like snot.

Maybe next time The hotel was understaffed and there weren’t any King rooms ready when I arrived to check in at 5pm in the evening, even though that’s what I reserved 3 weeks prior to arriving. The front desk clerk was nice but we could tell she was stressed, especially after she gave me keys to 3 different rooms that were not clean yet or already occupied. She promised her manager would give me a comp room voucher for my next stay but when I called the manager yesterday she was unaware of what happened the day prior but ass... read more

This place is not kept well. The carpet is worn, stained, and ripped. I stayed for 4 nights, no housekeeping or cleaning. The toilet started to smell the second night. When I first checked in the light by the nightstand had no bulb. The lavatory was plugged. "Breakfast" is a joke. There were only coffee and some granola bars the first morning. They added some muffins the next morning. The staffs at the counter and maintenance were very friendly nonetheless.

The rooms was dirty the carpet had a very bad smell

Do not stay here. I booked a room for 2 adults with a child. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed. I had to go from the 4th to the 1st floor to request bedding for the sofa bed. We had a small roll of toilet paper with no back up and only 2 bath towels. Again I had to go to the front desk to request the supplies and pick up myself. My daughter found a box of e cigarettes under the bed. Lastly, there was an altercation at 2am in a room near by. Woke everyone up. We were all frightened. I called the front desk.
