First room checked into door lock was broken. Had to move rooms shower dirty

Toilet stopped up Room not clean toilet was dirty when we enter the room and then later stopped up front fest told us to plunge it not good will not stay there again

Don't do it Hotel staff look like they are active gang members. My personal belongings were refilled through I call The hotel from 9 PM to 11:00PM press option four and no one would answer the phone I called the other companion hotel that was south of this hotel I had them call and they still never answer the phone . Wish i wasnt homeless n broke Its acceptable but not much more. Location not the best, outdated n rundown. Smaller n lesser quality than extended stay at arboretum

Disappointed Was not given the room that was booked and paid for at booking time. Booked a room for two adults with a queen bed ( 10.00 higher than a room with two doubles ) Got a room with two double beds and was told that they over booked at was the only room available. Check in was 3:00 pm and was there by 3:30 ? When asked about a 10.00 dollar refund was told to talk to a manager the next day
