The hotel was dirty. Including our room. We asked for clean towels, never got any. We woke up early for the free breakfast. Went downstairs well before the ending time, was told they didn't have anything. Coffee was cold. Creamer was sour. Went back upstairs to shower, no hot water. Told the front desk, said they would send someone up. Nobody came. Told the front desk of the issues. They said we couldn't get a refund because they had already swiped my card at check-in and to complain via email. Horrible experience.

Too many homeless people and noisy neighbors wouldn't recommend staying there

Staff was fine. Hotel room was disgusting. Ants, gnats crawling on night stand and no i did not leave food on the night stand. Cheap flimsy linens and crackheads hanging out on the premesis. What they served for breakfast was not a breakfast. You should say all you're getting is som stale muffins and coffee. Never haf this experience in the last extended stay and will never stay again. Btw, no housekeeping came through..i was there teo nights. This was ti be a mon smoking room but you can smell the smoke in curtains and line... read more

Place was kind of spooky and did not like the bed at all. Rust around microwave and other things
