Very awful experience The room stunk like dirty laundry. Ac did not work well. And the on the go breakfast wasnt anything there to eat
The staff was rude and unprofessional wasn't trained for emergency situation and when talking to staff they have no care for u or ur life they a false alarm go and no staffing went around knocking on the door to see if everyone got out our phone didn't work in our room and some rooms didn't have a phone
Won’t be back I was charged the full rate plus an extra day. The extra day was refunded but took two business days to post. The walls are very thin so you could hear arguments from the next room at 1:00am. I had to have my key card replaced multiple times because it wouldn’t work. Even the person on duty had issues with theirs working to open my door. The shower was cold. When I reported the issue, they asked how much longer I was staying and did nothing to fix the issue.
Dont stay here Not clean very outdated. Comforter had cigarette burns. It was cheap stay but regret not spending another $20 for a better hotel. If you have a family dont stay really doesn't seem safe
A place to avoid! The first room we were given didn't have any towels, the refrigerator didn't work and neither did the shower. Then they transferred us to another room, but it was smaller, with a smaller bed. The front desk was almost impossible to contact, too.
Dirty common areas and they misleading advertising with breakfast included, it was only coffee available
The description said breakfast was included, but it was rather snacks (granola bars and coffe) and no tables to seat, the description is misleading
The property is old and outdated! Room had a smell, sheets have holes in it, the room is filthy!!
