This hotel was overbooked on the night of 5/25/19. Instead of being forthcoming with Expedia, I was still charged as if I stayed. I tried to dispute with my bank only for Expedia to have my claim denied. Awful! Do not book here!

Maybe next time I was a little disappointed in the condition of the room. The only part that was good was the bed and the refrigerator. The table was worn, the nightstand was warped(very old) the dresser was too warped. The A/C system read 60* but it was not. The countertops are very worn. The stove was not clean and had lots of rust. The bathroom sink did not have a pop-up. The television had no remote and most of the channels did not work. Very unclean. The rooms were stinky and dirty. The staff was constantly checking her mobile phone while the customer was waiting.

The property was in very poor and grubby condition. An email directly to Extended Stays America was ignored and based on that failure to correspond and the condition of the Round Rock venue, I would not be using their company again.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff was unfriendly. There is a train track right next to it that has trains going all hours of the night. No cleaning service if you stay more than one day. So as you can imagine, the rest of the hotel was not clean. Couldn't find staff to check out, ended up having to leave after waiting 20 minutes and repeated calling while we were standing at the front desk, to catch our flight. I can't believe Expedia even puts this on their site.

Anthony at the front desk was very helpful when we discovered that the hotel is a pet friendly hotel. Meaning, we reserved the room not knowing that some or all rooms have had animals in them at some point and I am seriously allergic. One hour in the room and I could not breath well. Got with Orbitz, so they could reach out to the hotel for a refund. There was some miscommunication at first but it was quickly handled
