Badly in need of updating I stayed here with my husband last weekend, and our flight landed around 10am, so we wanted to check-in a little early. The lady at the desk was very friendly and allowed us to check in so early. However, practically everything in the room didn't work. The heater smelled awful, the window was stuck open, and the stove didn't work. We asked to change rooms, and there was a different lady at the desk at this time. Stay Away Stay away from this hotel. I requested a non-smoking room with a king sized bed, and instead they put me up in a smoking room with two twin beds. When I called them and complained they simply said that sometimes customers would smoke in their non-smoking room so I could either call Expedia or stay in the room for my stay. The customer service was awful here and I will never be going back to this hotel or any other Extended Stay America hotel.

three alarm motel Hotel has a manager that goes between two locations and seldom is there late @ night or before 7am. On the first day I had just gone to bed when a blaring fire alarm (bank volume) siren went off just outside my room. It has to stay on until turned off by the fire dept. I asked later how often this happens. They said almost never. They blamed it on someone burning bacon in a hotel room kitchenette. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOTEL SMOKING ROOM GIVEN WHEN NON SMOKING WAS REQUESTED, LITTLE OR NO EFFORT MADE TO CHANGE ROOM. ROOM WAS GENERALLY DIRTY, LAMP SHADES WERE ON THE BED, LAMPS DID NOT WORK "FLICKERED" ALL THE TIME. BED LINENS WERE QUESTIONABLE. IT WAS HOWEVER QUIET. YOU WILL WANT TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST

Not impressed. When I checked in, they did not have the room I requested with a queen size bed; they only had a room with two twin beds. I'm over fifty so this was a real inconvenience. The beds had very cheaply made box springs that squeaked with every little movement, which woke me numerous times each of my three nights. My room was changed the last night to one with a squeaking queen bed, but that room was messy with stained floors and the shower and sink had little if any water pressure.

Poor Experience Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I had made a reservation to check in at 11am but they had nothing available until 3pm. The room was supposed to be non smoking but stunk of smoke. The toilet broke, the shower leaked everywhere and the water pressure was so high it was uncomfortable. There was coffee grinds and hair on the counter tops. The bedding was stained. The TV remote did not work. I have used Extended Stay America before and not had such a bad experience. O.K. On the lower end of acceptable. Cons: rather hard matress bath stuck in shower mode (seemed the diverter was glued to be a shower). only CNN on TV (wish they had local station) very thin, low quality sheets and towels dim lights, furniture seemed 2nd hand Pros: nice to have a small kitchen area fairly large room
