Dirty room, bathroom, carpet and towels. No breakfast only coffee and muffin.

I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with no service because the only attendant was sick in the bathroom. The hotel sold our room to someone else before we arrived and then refused to make things right. They claimed we hadn’t provided a phone number, which I guess is because we booked through Orbitz. We had paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for our large family and they offered us a room with only one bed and a sofa which was not acceptable. We had to leave. It was dirty. And our room smelled of bleach. We were refunded. The staff was amazing.

I arrive to see a sign that says no rooms. I assume that I booked ahead and was fine. It meant no housekeepers and no clean rooms. After finding a room for us, she said she checked it and was good. Trash in can, food in cabinets and fridge. chairs stained, beds full not queen, everything old, like 1980s trailer old. Nasty, LOTS of dogs and smokers. Grab and go breakfast terrible, coffee cool, creamer not stored on ice, instant grits available, but no spoons. DON'T GO!
