Not as advertised Booked a 2 bed "Suite". Room was smaller than an average room, beds were full size which barely fits 1 adult let alone 2. Pillows were so thin and only had 2 on each bed. Kitchen had nothing, had to request and even though we registered 3 quest only got 2 place settings. The table to eat at was 2 ft by 2 ft and only had 1 chair so 2 of us had to sit on the bed and use our laps. Rude and uncomfortable The manager lady was completely rude and had an awful attitude! She was never to be found and if we needed help with anything she wouldn't help. Like if we needed towels or had a question she would be really short with us and rude and not help .

Your pet is family, but discriminate breeds I was upset with the fact that they have a pet friendly hotel but they don't allow certain dogs to stay. my dog is one of the most sweetest pit bull, boxer mixes you would ever meat. she is so well mannered she wouldnt hurt you even if you attacked me. It's not the dog who should be looked at as aggressive it's the owner of those aggressive dogs.

Don't stay here I literally checked in, went to the room, and checked right out. First I noticed that was kitchen floor was not swept and there was food on the floor from whoever was previously there. Then I go to check the sheets to make sure they were clean and underneath the pillow cases there was blood stains. Disgusting.

You get what you pay "you get what you pay" that was truly my experience. During two night stay, there was no room cleaning service.This was my first time stay at the EA hotel. i am bit disappointed in the service, appearance and the cleanliness (the lack off) of the hotel. Gentlemen at the front desk seem unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Not worth the free stale banana. On one hand, it was the cheapest in the area and Pretty close to Deer Valley shopping area - In N Out, Chilli's, Macaroni Grill, Claim Jumper, theater - not bad. On the other hand... I was picking out hairs off the bed sheets, dust and mildew everywhere, a half used bar of soap with pubes in it, a lumpy bed, and an AC that wouldn't stay on. I have stayed a few times and the quality keeps getting worse, so I won't return.

While this hotel is advertised as recently updated, it looks older and a little bit worn. There is no pool or exercise room and the cable TV is minimal. The breakfast diminished over our stay to just coffee and packaged muffins and oatmeal. We will not be staying there again.

Worst experience ever had Worst experience ever had. Hotel bedding and cleanliness is worst. No proper room service. Totally not worth my hard earned money. I took many pictures from here which can explain the same.
