Didn't get my money's worth. We chose this extended stay since the rate was good and it was close to the ballfields where my son was playing. The hotel description showed the location provided continental breakfast, and pool. In fact there was no pool and they had instead a grab and go breakfast. The staff failed to stock the breakfast bar so there wasn't even that - only muffins and oatmeal. The second day that was gone also -only coffee provided. No Frills Hotel Their continental breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins and somne fruit which ran out quickly in the a.m..There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. Even though this was an Extended Stay Hotel with kitchen, the kitchen was void of any dishes, glasses, utensils or cooking implements. If you desired them you needed to give them an inventory list of what you needed to fulfill your needs which is a very cumbersome way to service your customers. Gross, stay away We booked a king room and they did not have one available. We took the queen they had though and it was disgusting. The sheets were terrible quality and dirty and everything was outdated. Stay away

Vorsicht, genau lesen!! Man zahlt für ein Hotel mit dem Service eines Hostels, d.h. Absolut keinen Service. Das angekündigte "Continental Breakfast" war eine Theke, an der man sich Kaffee/Tee, ein paar Riegel, Mufins und wenn man Glück hatte Obst nehmen konnte, um sie auf dem Zimmer zu verzehren. Wir hatten 5 Übernachtungen OHNE jeglichen Service wie Saubermachen, neue Handtücher müsste man sich selber holen, das ist nicht das, was ich von. Einem Hotel erwarte.

OK but better available for this price. This is an OK hotel., although not without its not-so-OK quirks. Rooms and fixtures are very dated. Was looking forward to plopping down and watching playoff baseball, but the first room had a TV that faded eventually to black. Moved to new room, TV was fuzzy. All TVs are very small, don't come here to settle in and watch TV! AC is very noisy. Then the toilet backed up. Moved the next day to another hotel nearby for just a few more bucks and what a difference!

Extended Nightmare poor service and no room I arrived at the hotel after 6pm and was told my room(which I paid for in advance)was not ready. I asked how long will it be and I was told it would be at least two hours before the room was ready. Check in is at 3pm. I asked if I could have another room and was told that they type of room I reserved and paid for was not available. Hotel for Bugs Bug under the covers in the first room. Requested second room, same type of bug plus a bed bug on the pillow in the second room. Sheets were stained. Towels look old and dirty. I have never had an experience like this in my life. Unfortunately I had my elderly mom with me. She was horrified. I hope Extended Stays upper management sees this reviews and does a thorough evaluation of their hotels.
