Overnight trip to Mayo Clinic. Disappointed in a number of things. The room did not have any cooking utensils, eating utensils, towels, no paper towels, etc. It was available, but we had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Very inconvenient. the bed was not comfortable at all! It squeaked whenever I changed positions and was firm in some places and soft in others. The hotel was not convenient to the interstate. We had to go quite a bit out of our way to find it. I will NOT be staying at any of these hotels again!

This place needs help badly When to front decks to check in. Over an hour process to do the hotel over booked. So I had to get a room that I did not want but had no choice and no discount for your screwup. Then get to the room with no tv remote and all the kitchen cabinet and drawers empty. You have to go to the front deck and tell them what you want that was another 45 mins because other people had the same problem I did over booked. noise The hotel is really nice, very clean but the street noise especially from motorcycles was terrible.

Not going to stay here again Not good would not star there again. No dishes unless you ask ten u have to come and grab them from the front. Didn't clean our room because they didn't have time. No mas.... Next I won't be cheap and expect something decent for a bottom barrel price. Staff was very nice though.

Not what I expected for what we needed. I must of missed some type of fine print somewhere. If I knew what kind of place it was I would of stayed somewhere else. The only reason I booked it here was because it was close to my Aunt's house. The only good thing about this hotel is I had a place to sleep, shower and use the restroom.

not too happy well, I hate to give bad reviews, but.. staff was less than freindly/helpfull/courteous.the room was nice and clean, the bed is on rollers so dont lean on it, didnt like the fitted thin bed spread or blankets much.bathroom was fine. I liked the layout with a kitchenette, had stove, large fridge, sink and microwave but not a thing in the room other than towels, hand soap, iron. Jan 16 2015 stay This my second time staying at this location.The room reservation (double beds room) I had gotten was not given to me. But I was given two rooms with single queen size beds quickly. I found the room cleanish but in one room I found drug paraphernalia.The other room smelled like tobacco smoke even though it's a non smoking room. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. Free internet usage was fair. I cut my stay down to one night. I had it booked for two. I don't think I will be going back.

Basic but clean We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)

It's cheap but sleepable. For the price, I got what was expected - but I stay at hotels a lot. I'm just glad I didn't have an infrared light. Not sure if they've ever changed the duvet or whatever you want to call it. The breakfast was pathetic. Prepackaged fat and sugar in plastic.
