Filthy Absolutely filthy. The room smelled like rotting fish, the floors were sticky and the bathroom was gross. The only redeeming thing was the AC worked well.

Not cleaned after previous guest; billed twice Took 20 minutes to check in because there were three employees at front desk but two were talking to each other so one had to answer phones while trying to help me. That's probably the reason she gave me a room that had not been cleaned since the previous guest left. I just didn't want to hassle at the end of a long day, and figured I had stayed at worse. Was not that happy I've stayed at other extended stay this by far was the worst. They said they had breakfast, that was not breakfast that was a snack. Coffee was very weak I asked to get a couple more packs of coffee so I could make it stronger in my room and the lady wanted to charge me a dollar for each one. I would not want to extend my stay again.

Good Location, But Pretty Grungy The good: Decently sized room. The location near the 17 and 101 is ideal for traveling throughout North Phoenix. Decent amenities for a kitchenette. Comfortable beds, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The bad: THIN walls and ceilings. Motel seems to cater more to long-term residents in unfortunate circumstances than business travelers. I did not sleep at all because of running toilet and dealt with the worst morning working ever especially the manager john. Got robbed , and while leaving my luggage in an unsafe place designated by said manager , came to find personnal property taken from a visible open suitcase. Hotel claiming no responsability whatsoever. What an experience ? Worst of all times for a frequent traveller . In fact i never complain but this was beyond leaving unheard from users .

Stay Clean room, minimal amenities. Beds uncomfortable.

Not very good at all As soon as we walked in it had a horrendous smell. Almost like a mildew or something. They did give us air fresheners, but that didn't work much. The beds were like sleeping on a cardboard box on the ground and super noisy. On the other note the employes were nice and understanding.
