Reserved non-smoking; Given smoking I reserved a non-smoking room and on arrival was told that only smoking rooms were available. As one would expect, the room stunk like smoke. This never makes me happy. At least the windows opened and the room could be aired out somewhat. Everything else was OK.

unhappy Room did not have a welcoming feeling ,cigarette burns on the carpet , black stains on the toilet , asked for a non smoking room and received one with an ashtray ? Noise from the elevator and foul smells from garbage lined up down the hallway, and cigarette smoke.

Very disappointed!!! I was very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures make it look really nice, but when you get off the elevator you are walking through the hallway of the smoking section of your floor. If you selected a non-smoking room you have to go through a very smoke filled hallway in order to access your room. At least this was my experience. If I wanted to almost choke from smoke, I would have requested a smoking room!!! The restroom had a foul odor in it and the bed was very uncomfortable. I will be travelling... read more

This place is a dump Burns all over kitchen floors and bathroom counters. Cleaning rag left on bathroom counter. Was still dirty upon arrival. Bed sheets had blood stains of fresh blood. And dirty looking.

Changed room twice 1st room was smelly, second room was already used!!!! Dirty floors, no towels. Stay somewhere else

The room was very drity hair in shower, cups drity. No maid to clean room had to use same towels. Overall very bad.

OMG! Do not stay here!!!!! We live about 12 miles from this hotel~ our A/C went out and we needed a room for the night. I read reviews on Expedia and this hotel got decent reviews, how I am not sure! The price made me a little nervous - I mean you get what you pay for, but we went for it anyway because we needed something NOW. As soon as we walked into the room, we should have turned around and left! There was a weird odor throughout the room - sort of like old stale cigarette smoke and dirty, moldy carpet! Gross!
