Booked a room block for my wedding here around seven months in advance. Spoke to Jasmine multiple times over the months and she was AMAZING! So sweet and always made sure we were happy and didn’t have anything to worry about. We also spoke to the GM, Ben, a few times and had the same experience. I recently had an experience with this hotel that I feel compelled to share. A few months ago, I booked a room through a third-party service and had a relatively satisfactory stay despite a few minor issues. BUGS BUGS & BUGS, it's definitely you get what you pay for. I feel like this place has a lot of potential but it's not kept well. The first room they gave me wasn't cleaned, trash still everywhere, bed not made etc, Thomas the front desk guy personally made sure I was satisfied with my new room, if only I would have looked closer when I said it was fine. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and stores around. The room was clean however none of my lights worked so I had to be switched rooms. When I got there the room key also wouldn’t work. The front desk manager acted annoyed to have to come change the battery out of it to a new one. He initially told me I had to come all the way back down with my luggage to get a new key but ultimately it was broken. The new room everything worked but there was a strange smell in the hallways. Stood here for convenience , I booked a king size no smoke room , got there it wasn’t READY and the room smelled like smoke , beds are dirty , no protective layers carpet is cut up , called for fresh sheets they left them on the FLOOR on the dirty carpet. There’s mold and broken ceilings like it’s disgusting. I hate it . It’s cheap for a reason DO NOT STAY HERE . They need to do better . Get a better business and focus on remodeling properly
