Outdated, nasty smelling and dirty. Appeared to be local “hang out spot”for groups to gather and use laundry facilities -or gather in a room for party

Yikes The staff was very nice but there were some sketchy characters hanging around. The room and whole 3rd floor smelled like old food, sweaty bodies and grime. Screaming kids, loud people and the whole front desk area smelled of marijuana. Aside from the very nice staff, the experience was not great.

The front desk staff was super amazing however I didn’t realize this was a place that people live. It smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The room was dingy. I left and got a room elsewhere. Again, the from desk staff was super sweet.

Well the front desk clerk was very extremely rude to us as we checked in didn’t explain anything to me and just very rude on phone as well then when I was getting ready and checking my room drawers etc I found drugs not sure what it was white powdery with a card and room key which means you’re cleaning isn’t getting done right
