The room smelled terrible like smoke as soon as you opened the door cigarette smoke! It was a non smoking room we canceled our stay ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here!

For the price we expected the normal amenities to be in the room instead of having to request them. The pool has been filled in and is no longer there. The breakfast was sub par. There was only bare options of instant oatmeal,muffins and coffee. Really expected more for the price of the stay.js

There was no reservation for me. I had to go to a different hotel. This after being assured by your employee that everything was ok. Very disappointing

Beds are terrible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had to stay due to the snowstorm so I chose this property. The towels were a dingy yellow and the bed was so uncomfortable. I just needed a place to rest and unfortunately, didn't get much rest that night. The property could definitely use an upgrade.

Time to replace the mattresses, terrible and uncomfortable
