The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
The Room Smelled Like Smoke When we got to our room it smelled like an ash tray. We asked if we could switch rooms and they said they didn’t have any. So we asked for a refund and left. It was a waste of time.
Worse hotel experience ever! Our room smelled like smoke... the entire 5 days! No breakfast. Coffee was horrible! I tried to get a refund and move hotels but couldn’t get a refund. Plus they didn’t enforce the mask required so I wonder if they cleaned to the degree they said.
I did not get the rooms as advertised online..
This place is filthy. Avoid. Dirty sheets and mold all over the bathroom. I left even though it was non-refundable.
