Dangerous, not ssfe I left the room and after I got back the room smelled like feces I went to the front office to tell them And someone was peeping through the window at my girlfriend while I was at the front desk
The inside was really nice…but, I didn’t feel safe. One night I could hear arguments outside the window. Lots of people seem to be wondering around outside. Could have been cleaner….noticed a soda bottle of cigarette butts on the stairs and it was still there when we left. The inside was beautiful…the drain cover in the bathroom shower wouldn’t stay up.overall, a great stay…just didn’t feel safe. Loved the look of the room!
The location of this place is unbeatable, but it is seriously disgusting. I had to get another hotel room. Don't stay here.

Area close to Fair Oaks Mall BUT room smelly, front steps and hall entry are duty.

Very dirty, people screaming and shouting outside of my room door.
The pictures on Expedia do not accurately reflect the property. The air quality was horrible and there were bugs in the bed. The front desk was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience but the bugs are unacceptable. The room was very old and I switched twice and all the all the rooms were very old and smelled moldy
