The location is easily accessible to a lot of other areas that I needed to go to. The main thing that made me rate low is that the room wasn’t cleaned very well. There was still trash from a previous guest under the sink. The bathroom seemed to only be lightly cleaned cause someone else’s hair was on the toilet. There were ants on the floor before I brought any food into the room. I’ve stayed at other ESA properties that were a lot cleaner than this one.

Felt very unsafe there. Property stayed cooking kitchen and there were no dishes. Had to go ask for utensils and cookware. Staff did their best but the dishes were not at all clean .. when we checked in they said it is going to be continental breakfast.. but it was literally black coffee and muffins and breakfast bars .. in total I felt very unsafe in night with lot of people screaming and loud noises. Bad It was the worst room I've ever had. The hotel was dirty and people were running up-and-down the hallways.
Stay Away If you like staying in a run down facility where the drapes don't close and you share your room with roaches and worms, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away from this place.
The hotel wasn't clean enough. I will not recommend this for others to stay.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room had a stench that I could not alíviate after using a can of glade. The carpet was dirty. My socks turned brown when I walked without shoes for a couple of minutes. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. The kitchen was very dated and dirt, non usable. The toilet moved when used because it was not properly secured to the floor. This was a horrible accommodation at any price and totally unexpected for the Fair Oaks (Fairfax, VA) area.
