Not recommended…… Horrible experience. First, we could not get the first floor adjacent rooms we requested. Then we had to fight for the second room to have 2 beds instead of a king (I was not sharing a room with my spouse). Then we finally got that upstairs well away from my elderly parents room that a forced them to give me on the first floor (elderly, and there was not elevator, and I shared this in the booking). Lousy accommodation, room was not cleaned in my whole stay. Service was non existing . Will never stay at another Extended Stay.

Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and there was a sign directing guests to call on the house phone to reach a staffperson. The house phone didn't even have a dial tone and didn't work. I waited 15 minutes for someone to appearad he checked us in and directed us to our room on a map. The room was dirty and the sheets had not been changed and were covered in the remains of what appeared to be an everything bagel. I went to the desk and he handed me sheets. Our room was just fine, and we had no problem with the staff or facility. Front desk was helpful for our needs. However there was screaming from other rooms at least 3 of our 4 nights, foot traffic after midnight every night outside our door. on our last night the room beside us punching the wall hard enough to cause electrical flickering in our room and (he) was screaming for at least a half hour.
