This is a great place to start off a credit adventure, and you really give a great help. Great support you really get laid in the right direction. The person that had help me and is still helping me. Michael Carr is the BEST! I came inside the Credit Union not knowing what to expect, and walked out a member. With the help of Michael Carr and the Credit Union staff I was able to get approved for a loan and a new Credit Card. Michael Carr; literally worked his magic and got me what I asked for and then some. I've been a member at ECU as long as I can remember. I was probably in elementary school, stopped at the location on 10 mile near Van Dyke to open my first savings account. As a long time member, I have experienced only kindness, and professionalism while working with ECU. They continue to hold my trust, and the trust of the community. They support our local school districts. Extra Credit Union is truly a great credit union!
I've been with extra credit union for a year now and they are amazing. Michael Carr is one of the kindest, understanding, and helpful banker. He has helped me along the way with purchasing a car and being there for me when I needed understanding with my finances. Because of him and extra credit union and how they treat their members, I will always be a member!! I recommend wholeheartedly.
