My excellent experience started when I called and spoke to Todd, who set up my account. Todd was thorough, kind and professional. I worked in a call center so I know that Todd was busy and he still treated me with respect and I didn't feel rushed. I also wanted an earlier move in date then I had specified on my initial application that was the next day. He called my local store and confirmed that I could indeed move in the next day. Very accommodating! Then the next day I started my move into the new space and met Misty and Vince. Misty was so amazing and patient with me. After I moved in, which was a smooth experience, I got home and realized that I didn't really need a 5x10 space, like I thought, but a 5x5 would be better suited for me. I called and asked if it was possible for me to switch to a smaller unit since it was still the same day. I was pleasantly accommodated by Misty and we redid my contract and I switched to a much more appropriate size for my boxes. I had a few issues with getting my code right since I was changing floors and I was a bit confused. Again Misty was super patient and helped me sort that out. The building is clean, had plenty of access to rolling carts and the elevators where fast. It was busy cause it was a Saturday but I had no problem with getting around the property with plenty of room. So I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage on 130th in Seattle! They were all rockstars!
