The manager was very friendly and helpful on the phone and easy to work with. She hooked me up with a good discount and got me into the right storage space for my needs. Great job!
I reserved a parking spot and drive up 10x20 unit online, and even paid online, and they called me the next day to verify my reservations only for me to come to get the unit and parking spot and them to say they had given the unit away to a guy who was there when I got there because "he was there first". Totally ridiculous. Oh and after they informed they had given my reservation away they acted rude and acted like I should still take the parking spot.
