I used EZ Floors for remolding my house and Matt on West Road location did an excellent job. I am so glad for hiring them I highly recommend the salesperson Matt on West road. He know how to do it right.Moreover I can't forget about the installers Jaime (Tile installer) he did my kitchen, breakfast area, and two showers, and ****** (hardwood installer) he did my bedrooms, living room, dinning room, entertainment room. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If I could give zero stars I would!! This experience has been a nightmare. We started off working with Moe, who was very friendly and helpful. He did not show up for our meeting to pick out material, but things happen and we moved on. Our floors were scheduled to be put in on August 29th and August 30th. No one showed up or called on Monday August 29th...not off to a great start. We got Moe on the phone who quickly told us someone was supposed to call us. We have Ez Floors installed Mannington Engineered Wood to our first floor 8 months ago. After 8 months the floor start showing dents, scratching and marring. It is nothing more than a thick balsa wood as far as durability goes. The wood has chipped off in some of the joints and looks awful. The labor issues manifest itself as well. We contacted EZ Floors. Horrible material, one of the most difficult to install and chips easily even though it was expensive. employees I worked with are outright liars. They promised me quick delivery because they just wanted to sell quickly. It took them over the regular amount of time, and we had to go get it ourselves. The employee told me he wasn't sure when they deliver. Obviously a lie since they deliver every week.
