Ryan was one of the subcontractors that installed my flooring. He did it in 2 hours and his price was not very high. Falcon floor covering was a little bit higher than what I wanted to spend, but the flooring is very nice and should last a long time. The sales people were very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.
We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms. The product is first rate. Sales persons were able to describe the pros and cons of different carpet types. They have a nice selection. The installers were great. Our carpet was installed without any problem. The installers were polite, careful with our belongings, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a good experience.
This was absolutely the worst experience. First day I was in there, picked out laminate and carpet. After measuring, the installer didn’t want to do it. So I went with a plank flooring. I was again quoted one price then visited the store to be told a different price. They have the highest price I’ve seen in a “business.” Further, they threatened the contractor that he wouldn’t install the flooring from Lowes. So he backed out. The owner PROMISED me he would cut a piece of carpet and pad for a room in my house to my exact measurements. I explained I could not cut it and I would pay extra for a precise cut. I explained I could go elswhere if he couldn't do it just tell me. They straight out lied and deceived me telling me it would fit right in. Got home and BOTH carpet and pad weren't even close!!! Now I have a pile of carpet and pad I c a nt use!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! STAY AWAY. Liars are Liars... I was swindled....
