Sam (owner), Ron (salesman), Jimmy (carpet installer), Malik (tile installer) & Moe (resolution specialist?) are all nice guys I give them that. Everything went great when it came to shopping, ordering, & scheduling but with installing & the aftermath……………..ooooh wee there were some hiccups. Carpet on the staircase looked great minus the trim. We recently had SPC flooring by Republic installed throughout the lower level of our home. I had found this particular flooring at another store and Dalton didn't carry it. Our salesperson, Big John, researched the product and was so impressed with it that they are now carrying it in their store.
