Called about getting carpet cleaned and was told someone in would call me back. That was three weeks ago. I am still waiting
Called last week to get estimate for wall to wall carpeting in privately owned residential property. I had a nice, long, detailed conversation with the lovely woman who answered the phone. She told me that the person who offers the estimates would return the following day, and they would be happy to follow up with a call and a visit the next day, too. Called 4 times to set up a time to have carpet repaired. The fist time was scheduled for a Wednesday and they never showed up. Called to all why and to make another appointment and they said call back later. I called back and they will not give me a specific date on when they can come repair it. They just said he will call before he comes. There is no way to plan around that.
