I hired Family Floors and More to do the tile floors and carpet in a house my wife and I recently purchased. Andy was great to work with and fit us in their schedule even when it was a tight timeframe, which I was impressed with. Their crew did a great job and were happy with the result. We ran into an issue at the end of the job and Andy genuinely wanted to make us happy and do whatever he could to make it right, which he did.
