Andy was a pleasure to work with on the pricing and scheduling side, and the guys who did the tile work are phenomenal. The spacing and grout is all perfect, even in the hard spots with crazy angles. We've had a few contractors over since getting the floors down and they've all complimented the flooring work.
Brett and his crew were the absolute best to work with. Extremely professional, did quality work, gave us exactly what we wanted and were way more affordable than other commercial flooring companies. They covered our curtains to protect them from dust, they kept the work areas clean, they were so polite and courteous; just an exceptional crew. They went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. I recommend Family Floors and More to all our friends and family.
I had my LVP floors installed in 2020 and they are looking great. The experience with Family Floors & More was excellent. I worked mostly with Calvin and Brett. They were so patient and offered their knowledge the many many times I visited their shop due to my inability to make a decision on the flooring. Brett and his crew are amazing!!! I’d recommend them to anyone! This was our first time replacing floors and we were a bit overwhelmed. Brett took the time to figure out what we liked and helped us find LVT and carpet that we love! He was also very flexible and accommodating. When we found out our escrow date had been pushed we panicked knowing how booked Brett’s team was along with installers everywhere. Family Floors & More did an awesome job! We had originally started by going to a larger chain store looking for carpet for three bedrooms. After having that store come out and give us an estimate, we decided to look at other options. We stopped by the Family Floors & More showroom and met Kevin. He did a great job explaining everything and showing us options that would better suit our needs. We got the carpet installed a few days ago, and we love it!
