We recently had our stairs updated from carpet to hardwood by Family Floors and More, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had existing hardwood that was discontinued and wanted the stairs to match as closely as possible. Andy was a pleasure to work with on the pricing and scheduling side, and the guys who did the tile work are phenomenal. The spacing and grout is all perfect, even in the hard spots with crazy angles. We've had a few contractors over since getting the floors down and they've all complimented the flooring work.
Brett and his crew were the absolute best to work with. Extremely professional, did quality work, gave us exactly what we wanted and were way more affordable than other commercial flooring companies. They covered our curtains to protect them from dust, they kept the work areas clean, they were so polite and courteous; just an exceptional crew. They went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. I recommend Family Floors and More to all our friends and family.
I had my LVP floors installed in 2020 and they are looking great. The experience with Family Floors & More was excellent. I worked mostly with Calvin and Brett. They were so patient and offered their knowledge the many many times I visited their shop due to my inability to make a decision on the flooring.
