The overly tanned brunette at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. We decided to go to a better clinic.
Business response:

I was a walk-in, I showed up at 2pm on a Monday 10/30/2017. I had to wait 3.5 hours to be seen while I suffered in the waiting room. They had only one doctor working there from another clinic. The waiting time was unbelievable. Staff was flustered and unsympathetic rushing me through. Doctor seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Once the doctor finally came in she rushed me out of there, was sympathetic and basically said oh well it has to heal on its own. I will definitely never becoming back because 3.5-4hours is insane fo... read more

We're sorry to hear about the pace of care, Kristina. We keep track of wait times and try to minimize them as well as keep patients informed about expected wait times. Our operations leadership would like to understand more, so at your convenience, will you email us at CustomerRelations@FastMed.com? We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Had to wait 45 mins to be seen and then still wait for the doctor at the back...shouldn't be called FASTmed
Business response:
Dana, we truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that there was a wait when you visited. Our urgent care clinics are there for you when you need it most, such as on the weekends, holidays and after work and school hours when your primary care is closed. Rather than wait an average of four hours in the emergency room, our patients typically get taken care of and are out the door within an hour. You're always welcome to take advantage of our online check-in feature on our website or ask the front desk about CareCa... read more
I've been to this location a few times for minor colds/sinus issues and a work physical. Once you get to the back, the customer service is exceptional. With that being said, the front desk receptionist has a terrible attitude and quite frankly shouldn't be in a customer service position at all. During my first experience with her, I figured I may have just caught her on a bad day...sadly I was wrong as each time I've been back I get the same treatment. Even when calling to follow up on some test results, I get the impression... read more

I came in today with my boyfriend because he wasn't feeling well, the lady behind the desk was being so rude. All I did was ask her a question about the fastmed discount program, and she gave me a attitude. From the minute we walked in. Mostly never going to come back. Didn't even want to give it one star.
I wish that I could give zero stars. I came in with intense pain. Waited over an hour and when it was time for me to go back finally, a paper is pushed in front of me and I find out it is going to cost ten times more than if I had gone to my doctor. Zero compassion. Basically sign it or no care. Seriously bad business practice. I was in tears, didn't feel like I could make it across town to wait again. Who does that? Why wouldn't you tell someone that before they wait that long. I was really crying by the time I saw the nurs... read more

Waited over an hour for a TB test. Came in two days later to have it read at the front counter. The male was about to mark negative, a female at the front desk insisted she felt a knot. Clearly the male worker did not. Brought me back to an examine room. Another lady comes in and measures my arm. I waited in the front for my positive paperwork. I asked the lady at the front desk to tell me what they were measuring, because I didn't feel anything. She said she didn't feel anything. I guess they have student workers in this pl... read more

I'm not a big fan of coming here. I do simply because my insurance has them as in network. The zip pass check in system is a joke. I tried to use it today and everyone in the waiting room was seen before me. I told the CNA taking my vitals that the machine never works well for my bp so what does she do? She puts a bigger bp cuff on me. The only good thing about today was the water they gave me. The PA that was there looked at my xrays and came in and said here's your prescription. What is wrong with my back? Oh yeah, I forgo... read more

The wait is ridiculous. I'm here simply to take a drug test for a new job and I've waited for over an hour now. I definitely won't come here if I actually need Urgent Care.
