We had a Feldco storm door installed in 2018, and the installation was problematic from the very beginning. We required multiple service calls, yet the door was never properly fixed. Now the door is hanging off with broken hinges. When we contacted Feldco for help, we were told the “lifetime warranty” we were promised does not apply, and we were quoted a $180 service call fee—even though the issues clearly stem from installation errors that were present from day one. Jeff was very knowledgeable and had an answer for all of my questions. He took his time ensuring I understood the product I was choosing, how it would benefit our home, and the process of how it would be installed. Overall I’m pleased with our experience with Feldco.

Jeff Vogel who represents Feldco did an excellent job in describing the windows for our home. We have interviewed different companies and by far Jeff knew his companies product inside and out. We have ordered new windows and look forward to the install. I highly recommend Feldco to anyone looking for replacement windows at a reasonable cost.
Contracted for $7500 worth of work. Windows are fine but actual installation was a rush job and looks bad. It was obvious at the time the guy was in a hurry because he called to reschedule because he didn't have time but then came and did half the job and came back to finish another day. Caulking around windows and trim was sloppy and cracked from day 1. Trim was given 1 sloppy coat of primer and looks like the guy had it sitting in the back of a dirty truck.
