From start to finish Felix Flooring & Co.'s customer service was exemplary. We went to the showroom on the recommendation of a good friend as well as the great reviews we saw. This is a family-owned business, and Roy, Riana and Royce were very welcoming and so helpful! Roy was extremely patient and knowledgeable when showing us flooring options and answering all our questions. Felix flooring did a fantastic job!! We talked to quite a few flooring companies and Royce was the most professional and knowledgeable. He talked about details the others missed. They treat you like family and deliver on every promise. The crew was fast but extremely thorough in quality. We can't express how happy we are with our choice.
My family was so happy we selected Felix flooring & co when it came to removing the carpet in our house. With the help of the Roy, Riana and Royce; they were able to match our existing down stairs floors. Service and craftsmanship! Felix Flooring rescued us from a poorly done flooring project. Their sales people at the showroom are so friendly and knowledgeable. They did the correct installation of our beautiful new vinyl flooring were so professional. We have recommended FF to anyone who needs flooring!
I'm so glad I went with Felix Flooring! It was a difficult job but they handled it like the pros they are. The Felix family is all about customer satisfaction and go out of their way to provide you with what you want. Royce and the others were so easy to work with and a joy to have around. They have a large product selection and good prices. I highly recommend them.
