The best company and leader in Middle Georgia Real estate!
We rented a house for 4 years, starting in 2017. On the day we moved in the property manager did not do a walk-through, she gave us a bag of lightbulbs and told us that there was paint in the garage to do what we saw fit. This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood. Every single door knob was either broken or nonexistent throughout the house. Do not recommend they will lie and try to scam you out of of every dime they can. See google and yelp for a full and detailed review of my horrible experience with this “company”. I never had a problem with them until I moved out. Which seems to be an ongoing issue for renters with this company. Barb Vorhees plain lied about sending my inspection walk through and although Christy Parks was nice Barb made it seem that Christy was incompetent to some degree which was the reason for the “mix up”.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company and Barb Vorhees. Absolute theft of our deposit at move out. I followed the move out cleaning guide to a T except for cleaning the oven. The inspection showed a few random things they wanted taken care of. Dead flies on floor, (we were out 7 days prior so of course bugs accumulate), a rust stain on shower bench seat, and a few items left behind, (towel and vicks vapor rub). I wanted to tell you how unprofessional you and your clients were on buying the property of 101 Golden Pond Blvd. We spent several hundreds of dollar’s appeasing your client’s terms. We also missed several days of work meeting cleaning crews, repair men, etc. Then on the 14th day of a signed agreement they back out, so my house has now been off market for 2 weeks. I will spread the word about you and Fickling moving forward. This concerns LaShawn D Edwards buyer and agent Carolyn Greene.
I worked with a Fickling on a recent land purchase I made and to manage a home I own. They were responsive through every process and have always been great to work with.
