Many months after a positive experience I even called them for another copy of our documents and had them in ten minutes, great job, every step of the way and even months afterwards.
I did not believe I had a bad service with this company after closing. They took the money then they gave excuses not to be able to help with some other services. However, they said they would be able to and promised to help right away and as soon as I need. Unfortunately, I don't think I would ever choose this place/company to work with moving forward.
Had it not been for our Closer, Cindy Smario, my clients would not be enjoying their dream home. Cindy needed to go above and beyond to assist a Buyer in clearing an unusual item that showed on the title of the home they wanted to purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure my clients were taken care - without her help the Closing would still be on "hold". Thank you Cindy for making things happen in a timely manner. The two times we've closed at his title company and this location, I've always received nice service and the closings are organized so that they can go as quickly as possible.
You always take care of my clients. Thank you for everything you have done and will do.
