As a buyer, we did not have a choice of which title company to work with. When purchasing for the second time, my agent and I were pretty dissatisfied with Rikki and her office overall. Home buying can be an extremely stressful time for everyone involved, and the lack of communication certainly didn't help. I want to personally thank Dave Hickey and Yvonne Childs for their experience, professionalism and knowledge in closing numerous real estate transactions for me over the past 15 years. Their staff has been polite, skilled and dedicated to customer service. I have been in the real estate development business for over 40+ years and find Fidelity National Title to be one of the most responsive and competent title companies I have work with in the past 20 years. I consider them the "go to" firm when a difficult transaction ne... read more
The team at Fidelity National Title in Parker are great to work with! Professional, responsive, quick to solve problems. In our most recent transaction Yvonne did a wonderful job with a very complex and fluid situation, and we closed with no issues. Dave Hickey helped us ahead of listing with the water rights to the property, and Dave also was thoughtful enough to deliver the closing packet to my house after closing!
I have worked with Dave Hickey and Yvonne Childs from this office extensively for about a decade and have always been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication. As a high producing Realtor, I need to refer my clients to a title company I can trust throughout the process. This team at Fidelity National Title has been that and more. I represent new construction and resale homes and they have been perfect in all experiences. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
Being a Realtor I need a good Title company and Fidelity in Parker is my choice! Dave Hickey and Kerry Maar go out of their way to make sure my transactions are handled with care, speed, and great communication. They are fantastic to work with and I love the location being so convenient. Thanks for everything!
